Julie Darnell,
Iron Man Triathlete
Julie spoke of her
recent participation in
an Iron Man Triathlon.
It consists of swimming,
biking and running in
one day. The event was
held in Kentucky. Entry
fee was $500. Julie
prepared for the event
by training for 6 months
with her team. Her time
was 15:23.
