Mike enjoyed the speech about the oceans by Jean Michel Cousteau at the the Lesher
 
Stan thought the quality of the jazz of the First Sunday was outstanding.  He also encouraged us to join and support the new Pittsburg Jazz Society.  He has applications.
 
Jim pressed hundreds of pounds of grapes and fired up his kiln. 
 
Linda had a great time in Boston.  Go Red Sox!  (I love Big Papi!)
 
Marlin likes being treasurer .
 
Announcements
 
The Rotary Clubs of the East Bay Annual Reno Inter-City Meeting will be Jan 13 and 14.  The train will depart from Martinez on Sunday at 9a.m. and return on Monday at 8:40p.m.  The price is $265 single or $240 double (each person).  Deadline Nov. 30.  See Dr. Ron.
 
Our holiday party is Nov. 10 at Caryn's palace.  We voted to have a wine tasting session.  Bring a bottle of wine to participate.  Our resident oenophile, Dr. Jim, is El comandante.
